U.N. Resolution 181: Blueprint of the Beast?

As Hitler clearly outlined his plans in Mein Kampf (and furiously put them into practice his first opportunity), so the United Nations passed an ominous resolution in 1949 concerning the fate of Jerusalem: UN Resolution 181 demands the Holy City submit to the status of an “international city.” That’s a glorified term for ENEMY OCCUPATION!

The Vatican was behind this vile idea and persuades her puppet politicians to support it. Jesuit-fascists have been laying in wait, patiently working underground, eager to emerge and spring their GRAND DESIGN upon an unsuspecting world: GERMANY’S FOURTH REICH - the revival of the so-called Holy Roman Empire!

Captive Jerusalem - held hostage to foreign ideas and alien restraints - would be subject to remote control by an imposed “GOVERNOR” and his entourage of “INTERNATIONAL OFFICERS.” These proposed ministers of Church and State are to be neither citizens of Israel or Palestine. Watch for these seats to be filled with dormant monarchs from Europe (Part III. City of Jerusalem).

The Bible brands this counterfeit “King of kings” as THE BEAST! (Rev.13:18, 17:12). Such a royal European “governor” (promoted by the pope, endorsed by the Vatican, and stamped with the German mark of approval) - an anointed Merovingian Messiah - will wage an unholy war against all opposition! This modern Antiochus Epiphanes (”god in the flesh”) will strike the “Time of Jacob’s Trouble” and unleash the “Great Tribulation” of WWIII!

This blueprint of the Beast is laid out before our very eyes, yet precious few take it seriously - for now. Many ridicule any idea of a threat from Fortress Europe and most probably won’t wake up until it’s too late!

Normally, even the most liberal Jews are against any division of Jerusalem. But these are not normal times! Some Jews were prophesied to sell out their people and homeland! Why? They’ll fall for EUROPE’S BIG LIE of “peace and security.” Meanwhile, Europe flatters such KAPOS OF COMPROMISE and appeasement, stroking their egos with political attention, promising them a place in the “New Jerusalem” while setting Israel up for a fall.

However, other Jews might be misled by this false messiah; a Germanic governor, the “Great King” claiming descent from the Royal House of David. After all, isn’t a scion of King David destined to rule? Yes - but according to the Torah, the Holy Bible - not as a bloody sword and servant of the Catholic Church! To help clear up any confusion, the Great God of the Bible promises to call upon Two Witnesses - in the bold spirit of Elijah - to testify against Europe’s counterfeit kingdom and expose it for what it is: a LIE FROM HELL!

The accursed UN Resolution 181 has laid the groundwork for the fulfillment of many prophecies! It stretches the mark of the Crusader-Kingdom’s borders to include 100 square miles around Jerusalem. We can expect such an area to be flooded with peacekeeping troops - “an army of peace.” The Bible calls the bluff of the Beast’s buffer zone and forewarns it signals Jerusalem’s attack (Luke 21:20).

We should watch for a string of events - rigged by Germany and the Jesuits (who control Europe) - to gear up for a European onslaught! The Jerusalem theater of war is being prepared right now as Germany and the Vatican push for a bloody “Palestinian” state! They plan on wiping Israel’s God-given name off the map! (Ps. 83).

This evil European intrigue knows full well that such a state of chaos and confusion will destabilize the region! That’s exactly what they want! Europe plans on riding in on their white horse as the Savior - disguised as “peacekeepers” to prevent WWIII. They’ll rush to the scene and appear as “mediators” to stop the madness. However, their white horse is a Trojan Horse that will shock and betray both Arab and Jew!

To invite the Europeans into the Middle East is an invitation for disaster! Their white horse will turn blood red when the wild beast tramples Jerusalem! Europe’s new crusade will forcibly impose their German mark, the Vatican’s false vision of peace, upon the Middle East! Fatima’s folly will engulf the world with nuclear flames! The marionettes of Mariolatry (wolves in sheep’s clothing) will be held responsible for such a holocaust! The Two Witnesses will take the stand in Jerusalem before a world court to condemn them! (Micah 6:2).

The European combine - driven by Germany - is about to thresh the nations! They are on an unholy mission to fulfill their false religion. Their self-righteous and misguided zeal will deal harshly with all who dare oppose their heresy and hypocrisy! Ironically, Jerusalem is the threshing floor that will eventually blow them away! (Micah 4:12). The real Jesus (Yashua in Hebrew) will soon make the Catholic chaff history! The God of Israel will rebuke them from His holy mountain, the Temple Mount - and grab the Beast and False Prophet by the scruffs of their neck and throw them into the Lake of Fire! (Dan. 2:35). The Holy One of Israel will purify the Earth of their evil presence and rid Jerusalem of their Roman occupation! (Malachi 3:3).

Before this wondrous Jubilee celebration, making null and void every asinine agreement and treacherous treaty, announced by the Two Witnesses: coveted Jerusalem will be “established as a corpus separatum (separate body) under a special international regime and shall be administered by the United Nations.” In other words, the Crusader-Kingdom of Jerusalem will have been restored! With European royals who hail from the House of David to boot! They’ll have ripped out and stolen the heart of Israel (Jerusalem) for their occult purposes! They’ll have seized the coveted crown jewel (the Temple Mount) to adorn their delusion and mount their offensive!

The accursed UN Resolution 181 enables the “Governor” of Jerusalem, who is exposed as a Beast, to seize emergency powers in the event of any threat, real or imagined, as he deems necessary. How convenient! All he has to do is create a crisis! This sets the stage for Jerusalem’s Crusader-King to become a DICTATOR!

This Dictator will be given a free hand to break bones under Security measures (Section 4): To keep law and order within the City, with focus on the holy sites, the Governor “shall organize a special police force; the members of which shall be recruited outside of Palestine (European Rapid Deployment Force). The Governor shall be empowered to (spend whatever is)necessary for the maintenance of this force”.

Jerusalem’s Governor-Dictator can make or break his own rules! Basically, under the cloak of protection/security clause, a serious security breach, the governor can become a virtual dictator if he feels his administration is hampered or threatened; he can veto any bills that he considers inconsistent with his paranoid sense of security. He’s offered the powers of darkness, the kingdoms of this world, by exerting his “Special powers of the Governor in respect of the Holy Places in the City and in any part of Palestine. The protection of the Holy Places located in the City of Jerusalem shall be a special concern of the Governor; The Governor shall be empowered to make decision on the basis of existing rights in cases of (religious) disputes he may be assisted by a consultative council of representatives of different denominations (or he may not!).”

In other words, this Governor-Dictator - in his hour of darkness - can do what he wants, whenever and wherever he wants, not only in Jerusalem but throughout the Holy Land, with special emphasis on religious issues and sacred sites! The Devil stays focused whether or not God’s People do: He knows the great and holy importance of Jerusalem to God and His Prophets. Jerusalem is the bottom line of any “peace process.” It bears God’s own signature. Satan fought to seize God’s throne in Heaven and now he’s after his seat on Earth: Jerusalem’s Temple Mount!

The Governor-Dictator of Jerusalem will closely monitor and control freedom of worship and freedom of access: UN Resolution 181, Chapter 2: Religious and Minority Rights (1) reveals that “Freedom of conscience and the free exercise of all forms of worship, subject only to the maintenance of public order and morals, shall be ensured to all” - in other words, if militant Muslims threaten to riot or wage war when Christian-Zionists or Jews are finally free to worship upon the Temple Mount, such religious liberty - for “maintenance of public order” will be DENIED! The sacrifices (soon to start) will be forcibly stopped!

The Governor-Beast power, his administration from Hell, is supposed to last for an initial trial of ten years. (The Nazi Reich lasted for twelve). History warns that “absolute power absolutely corrupts.” Who is so foolish to believe that someone with such sweeping powers would relinquish self-control? The Nazi March of Folly won’t stop on its own accord, especially when Jerusalem’s dictator can declare a state of emergency and slam the door shut for dissent, case closed, fate sealed. The Bible reveals the worst of it will last three and a half years, during which time some will receive shelter from the Storm, a safe haven from the Holocaust (Isa. 26:20, Rev. 12:14).

The Two Witnesses will be offered divine immunity (during God’s witness protection program of three and a half years) to enable them to bluntly reveal the dark secrets that hide behide the Vatican’s veil (Isa. 47). They’ll speak the plain truth, an outspoken message with miracles, and then God will permit their murder (Rev. 11:7). God will not permit anyone to touch them - his anointed - until after they’ve had ample opportunity to plead their case before the nations (Ps. 105:15). Then after three and a half days they’ll be back with a vengeance! Their earth-shaking resurrection to mortal life will be in full view of a captive audience who will watch their flight departure to join the chosen few waiting (in the wings of the wilderness) for the imminent arrival of our King - the real Jesus Christ! (Rev. 11:11).

In summary, the brute Beast and False Prophet (a counterfeit Elijah who will promote and induct the false messiah/governor into office) will soon take center-stage. However, The Two Witnesses will shine the spotlight on these mortal men and expose the wannabe divine “emperor has no clothes” (Rev. 13:18).

UN Resolution 181 is the blueprint of the Beast! It reveals its evil intentions like Hitler’s Mein Kampf exposed his warped will for the whole world to read and heed - if only they had. It is Europe’s Final Solution for Jerusalem, Israel and the Middle East.

Germany and the Vatican push for a prickly “Palestinian” state since they know they can enter the great divide, the Great Rift, with the “Great King” when both parties demand Jerualem for their own and possess it; they intend to ride the wave of the “Palestinian” state with the Vatican crest! They’ll use this Resolution as a ruse to enter the breach and consolidate their hold! Then they’ll abruptly dismiss with it (having seized dictatorial powers) and bare their poisonous, ugly fangs!

The Beast-Dictator will overwhelm all mankind, yet target the Anglo-Saxon Israelites and Jews to bear the brunt of his wrath. His nuclear scourge will crucify and behead our position as “leader of the free world.” This mystic “Governor” of Jerusalem’s conjured Kingdom (summoned from the abyss of Catholic history) will command EUROPE’S NEW CRUSADE with an unimaginable fury. His unheard of hatred, barbaric hostility and primitive blood-lust will jolt even the jaded! The dark powers of the Beast know that this is their last chance, the last round, before the coming of the Heavenly King of the Jews, the Holy One of Israel!

The Two Witnesses will soon rise and shine in a world of darkness (Isa. 60:1). These two prophets - one in mind and purpose in the spirit of Elijah - will prepare the way for the brilliant descent of our God-King from the sky, not from Europe or the earth (Dan. 7:13).

The Two Witnesses will herald the coming of the legitimate heir to King David’s Throne in Jerusalem who will destroy the bastard from Babylon! The abominable blueprint of the beast will be history and the Torah will show us the way, as we worship in the Royal “House of Prayer for all nations!”

A Short Introduction to Travel Insurance

What is Travel Insurance?

In general terms, travel insurance protects all holiday costs against adverse events such as cancellation and interruption and also reimburses medical expenses, the loss or damage of property and transit delays. Travellers are compensated if they have to cancel or interrupt their travel, they will also be covered should they need emergency medical treatment, medical evacuation and other situations.
Categories of travel insurance:

1. Delays and cancellation - including curtailment
Cancellation: Reimbursement comes into effect if travellers have booked and paid for a holiday, but are unable to embark because of personal illness or injury, death (of the individual or of a family member), adverse weather conditions, airline strikes, terrorism, bankruptcy, sudden unemployment, jury duty or by sustaining serious damage to their home causing it to be uninhabitable due to fire or flooding.

Interruption: Insurance companies pay money to policy holders abroad if they have to cut short their trip due to illness, death (of the traveller or a family member), terrorism, weather, airline strikes, bankruptcy, sudden unemployment, and other adverse conditions which mean that, due to events outside the control of the holiday-maker, a trip has to be curtailed.

Delay: This reimburses travellers for hotel, food or clothing expenses in the event of a flight delay. Some plans also cover costs associated with catching up with a cruise should another delay cause the traveller to miss embarkation.

2. Health and Medical reasons
Medical evacuation: This provides emergency transportation to either a local hospital in the event that the traveller is unable to get there by themselves or back to a hospital near the traveller’s home. If family members are covered on the same policy they can return home also
Medical and health reasons: Reimburses medical and emergency dental costs. Almost all travel insurance plans work by reimbursing the traveller after they have paid locally for treatment. Claims are usually paid within 7 - 10 days. Pre-existing conditions are covered by most policies if the policy is purchased within (at the most) 21 days from the date the traveller made the first payment or deposit.

3. Death of travellers:
Air Flight accident - this covers death or dismemberment during an air flight only. Usually provides the highest amount of coverage due to fairly low likelihood of this occurring.
Common carrier - Covers death or dismemberment while travelling on public transport such as a plane, ferry, train bus or taxi.
Accidental death - covers death or dismemberment at any time of your trip. Usually provides the lowest amount of coverage due to a higher risk

4. Personal effects: Loss or damage
-Rental Car damage - Reimburses travellers for damage or loss to a rental vehicle. It is designed to allow the traveller to decline collision damage waiver (CDW) coverage offered by the car rental companies. Liability coverage should still be purchased through the car rental company. Rental Car Damage coverage is also often included with the credit card used to pay for the car rental which is often matches the coverage provided in the policy.

-Baggage loss - reimburses travellers for lost, stolen or damaged personal items. This coverage is usually restricted to the duration of the trip and not confined to baggage damaged or lost by the airline. There are two policy limits, total claim and per item maximum. Some policies also place limits on the type of items that can be claimed for - such as precious jewellery, laptops and sporting goods.

-Assistance services - provides a 24-hour collect telephone advice and assistance service to travellers. This service can be used anytime a traveller needs advice. Make sure you don’t leave home without it,and copy it down in several places

To conclude
Travel Insurance is the one product in the modern insurance-saturated world that really is essential. You will not regret taking it out, because not being insured for your travel mishaps is a source of huge regret for far too many holiday-makers every year.
Don’t leave home without your toothbrush, a clean handkerchief, a bar of nice soap and a travel insurance policy!

The Office Writer

So you’ve been hired as an assistant editor. That means you’ll be doing a lot of writing. Maybe you will be named editor of the company newsletter, but you are likely to be writing the newsletter. Or maybe you will be writing news releases, reports, speeches, or simply memoranda. Whatever the assignment, the main thing to remember is that you have to communicate.
To communicate most effectively, keep your writing simple, straightforward, and easy to understand. Never use two words where one will do. Use short sentences. Avoid dense text by using bulleted lists, brief paragraphs, and subheadings.
Give the readers your full attention; always put yourself in their place and keep your writing conversational. Read it aloud — or at least mouth the words — to verify that it is conversational. If your readers can simply go with the flow, they are most likely to catch your meaning and remain interested.
Remember, writing should never get in the way of communication.
The Heading
The title should be interesting and informative. It should let your readers know what you are writing about — and why that is important to them.
In some cases, the title is merely part of the heading. A memorandum, for example, will usually have a heading that is standard for the company or organization. It will include this information:
To: (the recipients)
From: (the official or department)
Subject: (the title)
Date: (the date of issue)
In other cases — for example, articles in the company newsletter — the title will be a headline, choice words drawn from the opening paragraph and fitting into a snug space on the printed page.
If the document is part of a series, the heading will indicate that. For example: The Primary Concern, Fifth in a Series; or Insight No. 7: The Primary Concern.
Subheadings
If an article is lengthy — that is, a full page or multiple pages — use subheads to break it into readable segments. Unless the content dictates otherwise, there should be no more than two subheads on an 8 ” x 11″ page of double-spaced copy. Usually, a subhead will consist of few words and won’t take a full line; it should grab the reader’s attention and reveal something about the subsequent material.
The Paragraph
A paragraph should consist of a few sentences related to the same subject matter. In general, a paragraph should contain between 150 and 200 words. If it must be longer, look for ways to break it up. For example, if it contains a series — James collected Rolling Stones CDs, DVDs, and concert posters — change it to a bulleted list. James collected Rolling Stones:
*CDs
*DVDs
*Concert posters
Doing so adds “air” to the page, diminishing the density of the type. It makes the page an easier, quicker read.
Style note: There is disagreement about the proper punctuation for this bulleted list. A particular style is not sacrosanct, however. The important thing is to adopt a style and use it consistently.
The Sentence
The sentence is the basic building block of every written product, whether it is a memo; a book review; a press release; a news article; or a feature story. So it is in constructing the individual sentence that the writer establishes an article’s readability and interest level. Here are some guidelines for ensuring it will score high on those scales:
*The sentence should be concise.
*It should be simple and straightforward.
*It should flow conversationally.
*The reader should be pulled by the flow.
There are two essential elements in a sentence: the subject (a noun or pronoun) and the predicate (a verb, one word or several words that tell what action the subject is taking or has taken). Most sentences also contain articles (a, an, the) and modifiers (adjectives, adverbs).
An adjective modifies a noun; it is a word or phrase that names or describes an attribute of the noun. For example: the blue room, the tall woman, the balding man, the once and future king. An adverb, on the other hand, modifies a verb. It is a word or phrase that expresses time, place, cause, manner, or degree. For example, he read slowly, she spoke articulately. Adverbs may also modify adjectives, other adverbs, or adverbial phrases.
Frequently, a sentence will include a prepositional phrase. A preposition is a brief word (of, for, by, at, to, under, over) that introduces a phrase modifying a noun, verb, or clause. Every prepositional phrase has its own object. For example, to the movies, under the bridge, after a few minutes, across the lake.
Note: “Concise” is not a synonym for “brief.” A long article may consist of concise writing. The test is whether every word is necessary. Check each word in a sentence; does it clarify or add meaning, or is it superfluous? If all superfluous words are eliminated, the writing is concise.
Brevity, of course, is desirable, too. If the writing is concise, the article is likely to be as brief as the subject matter allows.
Punctuation
*The period (.) marks the end of a sentence; it also separates elements of an Internet site name [the “dot” in “dot com”].
*The comma (,) separates items in a series; divides a compound sentence; sets off interjected material; with a small conjunction (but, for, and), connects two independent clauses; sets off introductory phrases; sets off the name of the larger geographical entity when citing city, state, or province, nation; separates discrete adjectives (”short, stocky fellow”).
*The colon ( : ) follows a phrase that introduces a list; follows an independent clause that introduces an explanation; follows the salutation in a business letter; separates an independent clause from a quotation it introduces; in a script, separates the speaker’s name from his/her speech. Note: If the clause following a colon is a complete sentence, it should begin with a capital letter.
*The semicolon (;) separates two complete thoughts; separates items in a series if one or more of them contain a comma;
*Quotation marks (” “) begin and end quoted material; enclose titles of lesser works, such as chapters and episodes (for titles of books, television programs, and films, use italics); serve as a symbol for inches.
*Quotation marks (”) begin and end quoted material within quoted material; serve as a symbol for feet.
*Question mark (?) at the end of a direct question.
*Parentheses ( ) begin and end interjected material, as well as references and other information that is related to but not suitable for the main text.
*Brackets [ ] set off parenthetical material that occurs within parentheses.
Capitalization
In headlines: Choose an “up” or “down” style and stick with it. The “up” style: Capitalize all the words in the headline except articles and prepositions that are no longer than four letters. The “down” style: Capitalize only the first word of the headline and any proper nouns that appear in it.
In the text: Here, too, you should choose an “up” or “down” style. The “down” style: Capitalize only the first word of every sentence, plus proper nouns. The “up” style: Capitalize Federal, State, Department, and so on.
Your choice of “up” or “down” style will also apply to any subheadings.
Whether you choose “up” or “down,” you should always capitalize the pronoun “I” and relatives’ titles when used with the proper name (for example, “Uncle Dan,” but “my uncle”). Capitalize Mother or Father when addressing the parent directly, but not when referring to him or her (”my mother,” “my father”).
TYPES OF PRODUCTS
The News Article
A news article’s first sentence — the “lead” — is its most important element. The lead must contain as many of the key ingredients — who, what, where, when, why, and how — as possible. These facts inform the reader of the main thrust of the news and provide a context for understanding what follows.
Subsequent paragraphs provide further information. They appear in order of descending importance for a very practical reason: If there is not space enough for the entire article, it may be cut from the bottom without destroying its essence. This factor distinguishes the news article from the feature story and the editorial.
The Press Release
A press release is a news article with spin, company propaganda. It reports the news about a new product or business development in a positive manner. There is not likely to be a downside included.
Of course, that describes a proactive press release; a reactive one might very well include negative information — if the company perceives that it needs to acknowledge certain facts in order to salvage its public image.
The Opinion Piece or Editorial
Writing an editorial or an opinion piece is similar to writing an essay, although less formal in structure and style. In all three, the author asserts a point of view and supports it with logical discourse or facts.
The piece may define, describe, or explain a concept or a proposal; evaluate and/or compare ideas, systems, processes, or activities; make and defend a choice among options.Opinion pieces should always be labeled as such.
The Feature Story
A feature article may take various forms — a human interest story, a celebrity interview, an in-depth explanation of a current issue or development, a profile of a local leader, the saga of a successful business. The list could go on and on. Feature articles are characteristically longer than most news stories.
All features attempt to interest the reader in something unusual. For instance, an article might examine the role of women in Arab societies, the new elements in the revised SAT, or the Internet business that is being outsourced to India. Perhaps a local man has been selected to appear on Jeopardy! There is really no limit to the possibilities.
For a company publication, more likely topics might be staff reorganization, United Fund drive progress, product development, and an officer profile. And the CEO will probably want you to ghost-write a column bearing his/her byline.
The Newsletter
As the editor of a newsletter, you will have a number of key decisions to make at the outset.
*What size will it be? Most newsletters are 17″ x 11″ folded to 8 ” x 11.”
*How many pages? Four or any multiple of four.
*Binding? If more than four pages, saddle-stitch binding.
*Self-mailer? Leave space for recipient name/address, return address, and mailing indicia.
*Number of columns per page?
*How often will it be published?
Matters of Style
*Typeface for text and headlines? Type sizes?
*What font and size will the subheads be?
*Should type be flush left and ragged right or fully justified? (Justified type is flush left and right. Ragged right lines end with the last full word that fits.)
*What size will the masthead be? Where will it be placed?
*Will articles jump from one page to another or be printed in a continuum?
*Will you use artwork or photos? Cut lines or captions?
*Where will you place the staff box?
*Will you list all of the contents — or selected items — in an article or box on the front page?
Matters of Content
*Chances are the topics to be covered were spelled out initially, either by your boss or by the organization’s leaders, or perhaps they were dictated by the organization’s purpose/function.
*Don’t work in a vacuum. Appoint a committee of people representing different parts of the company/organization; meet with them in a planning session for each issue.
*It’s a good idea to have a mix of news items and feature articles, plus brief notices in boxes that break up the page. Variety makes a newsletter lively and keeps the reader interested.
Article Review
Establish procedures for review of your articles by staff members prior to publication.
After type is set, arrange for another staff member to proofread, backing you up.
About Layout
Whether you are doing desktop publishing or sending camera-ready copy to a printer with an offset press, you will have to lay out your pages. To do so, you should create a template with the number of columns of the width you have chosen and feed your headlines, articles, and artwork into the template. You will be able to set type in multiple column widths to enhance the visual appeal of your newsletter.
Artwork
You will probably want to use the CEO’s picture with his/her column, and you may also use mug shots of employees who are mentioned in other articles. Original artwork adds sophistication to your newsletter, and if you can afford to hire an artist, you will probably want to follow this course. It will be up to you (and your boss) whether to use a mix of photos and original art or use original art exclusively.
Speech Writing
If you’re assigned to write a speech for the CEO, insist on interviewing her or him about the purpose, the content, and the desired outcome. Listen carefully to the CEO’s speech patterns. Short or long sentences? Serious or light demeanor? Articulate or not? Terse or long-winded?
Discuss whether to open with a joke or get right down to business, how to structure the material, how much time the speech should take. The more successful this interview, the better the speech.

Gift Giving Your Way to Health!

Ahh! Another occasion, another milestone - excitement is building, adrenaline is pumping and off one goes shopping. But
what should you get for a cousin’s birthday, another shirt, another bag or a perfume? Gift giving can be exciting and nerve
wrecking as well. But when all is said and done, there’s nothing like the satisfaction of giving the perfect gift. What can you
do to ensure the celebrant and the gift are a perfect fit? Here are some tips on gift-giving.

Prepare ahead of time. Mark it in your calendar and be alerted about few weeks before time. This will give you
sometime to think your gift through.

Know the celebrant, make sure you find out if she or he has a special hobby or interest. Is he or she engage in a
very physical strenuous job? Does she put in long hours at work? If so, would she appreciate a little extra pampering?

Remember all the little occasions worth celebrating and keep them in mind to help you get started. Special days can be a
birthday or anniversaries of your milestones you have accumulated through life.

Here are some milestones that are often overlooked but should be celebrated, birthdays, because we are too busy to
celebrate, weight loss-because you are too scared of putting the weight back and celebrating maybe premature. Long
friendships, when you quit smoking for the first time or the second time or perhaps the third, getting a project done on time,
a new home, seeing your one year old walk for the first time, passing an exam, just finished redecorating the house,
landscaped the entire yard, change of season, or just because. Be sure to add new milestones in your calendar as it
happens.

Celebrating can in fact make us feel better, rejuvenate and strengthen our relationships with friends and families. It gives us
a feeling of accomplishments. It validates us as a person. It gives us a sense of purpose. It also increases job satisfaction.
And when this cycle goes on, it makes us a happier person and happy people are strongly correlated with good health. So
take time to be healthy!

Stock Trading Signals, How to Buy, When to Sell

Many of us spend years looking for the holy grail trading
system. Signal services can be a great way to use someone elses
carefully developed system. By following a trading system,
market condition will at times be favorable to buy and at other
times be favorable to sell. Clearly defined conditions give
’signals’ that the educated investor can read and act on.
Signals are not as crucial for the long term investor. For these
people, market conditions and the value of particular companies
can be watched on a daily basis. For day and what we call active
traders, however, signals are crucial for acting quickly on
stock market movements.

Investors who treat trading as a full-time job have the time to
watch the market movements for signals. Oftentimes, however,
signals can be automated and integrated into trading software.
The investor can choose which signals to be alerted about and
they will automatically appear on screen. Software signals are
usually only available by subscription and some services charge
hundreds of dollars a year for a complete package. This includes
trading software and access to up-to-the-minute charts for the
latest information about the stock market.

Investors who don’t have the time to watch the market closely
can subscribe to services which publish signals on a daily or
hourly basis. These services may employ market analysts who may
follow several indicators to arrive at a particular signal. More
commonly, however, their systems are completely automated with
signals being generated by software which examines market
conditions. Some of these services have a better track record
than others - make sure you get a free trial before purchasing.
Also, make sure you paper trade some of the signals first and
see if they truly match up to reported results. This is the best
test before spending your money on more books and software.

With any third-party signal provider it pays to know how the
signals are being generated. Since there are such a large number
of market indicators some of them may contradict each other. In
addition, a particular indicator may send out conflicting
signals depending on the time frame.

Market conditions also play an important part on the accuracy of
indicators. During upswings in the market, for example, trend
indicators will send out buy signals but longer-term oscillator
indicators will view the market as being overbought and send out
a sell signal. Generally speaking, trend indicators are most
accurate during trend conditions and oscillators are best during
times of transition. Both types of indicators are often in
variance with the other.

Depending on the type of service you sign up for, signals can be
delivered by email on a daily basis, available for viewing on a
website, or be integrated into your trading software so that
popups appear on your screen for particular signals that you are
watching.

Companies which provide signals usually offer their services on
a monthly basis. Some are quite expensive - as high as several
hundred dollars a month. These are obviously aimed at the
professional trader but other services are also available at
more reasonable costs. Keep this in mind. We have frequently
seen peoples with $1,000 to invest pay $200 a month for a
system. That system might be great, but is it really going to
make enough every month (20%+) to cover just your fees? If your
starting capital is small, so must be the investment you make in
signals.

The value of these services has to be weighed by the individual
investor. They can be a great time saver but they may also
encourage laziness when it comes to analyzing the market. A
knowledgeable trader should have the tools necessary to judge
the effectiveness of a signal system and do some of the
calculations himself to keep on top of the market. Finally, make
sure your signal service provides an exact strategy when to
sell. When to sell is usually what is the difference between the
small number of super successful traders and the larger numbers
of unprofitable traders. If there is no exit strategy, you do
not have a system and you’ll want to move on. The best signal
services give non-subjective entries and exits.

Beware—Characteristics of an Office Gossip!

Every office setting or work environment has at least one. I call them the Office Gossip. Sometimes it’s difficult to recognize the person because they are very likeable. They are good at pretending to be your friend or pretending to be interested in helping a situation or a person. This person can be sneaky about their gossiping to the extent that you may not be fully aware of what’s happening at first. They will often share personal things with you about themselves and will show interest in your life. That’s usually to get you to feel comfortable with them which creates a closeness in their mind but beware. This person is not your friend and is not to be trusted.

Here are some characteristics that I have found to be red flags in identifying this type of person:

  1. Appears to enjoy gossiping about other people.
  2. Don’t seem to have much of a life outside of the office environment.
  3. Seem to thrive on creating conflict in the office.
  4. Tattle tells to the boss.
  5. Exhibits attention seeking behavior.
  6. If you get the feeling when this person is talking to you about other people, this person could be talking about you to other people. He/She probably is. In other words if they bring a bone, they will take a bone.
  7. Exhibits a very superficial personality.

All these characteristics don’t necessarily have to be present but these are just a few that I think if you experience or see in a person my best advice is to use caution. Whatever you do don’t share personal information or confide in them. Due to their personality type I guarantee you that this person will use the very information you’ve share against you when the timing is right for them. Keep your relationship on a professional basis if you have to interact with this individual in the office. If not, stay clear.

The Benefits of Keeping Your Kids Healthy

With the new age of the play station games and surfing the net; it is harder and harder for a parent to get a child to actually get some exercise; So we are living in a world of overweight children that are having a problem in finding things to do using their imaginations.
The common scenario is: “Go outside to play and get some fresh air!” says mom and the comeback is, “There isn’t anything to do, and I want to play my new game!” Remember some of the games you played when you were a kid; Baseball, football, hopscotch, and tag or you would make up games. So, naturally without exercise our kids are getting obese and they are losing creative ability.

But, you can help to reverse the process and it will benefit you in more ways than one, here is the tip to motivating your child, teach them to clean the house, but by using games!
These are just a few ideas, I am sure that after a while, and with a little pushing from you, your kids will think of other ones.

Musical Chores: put on the radio, let everyone pick a chore out of the bowl, they have to work on this chore until the music stops, then everyone switches and goes to the next room.

My Own Duster; give them an old sock, put it on their hand and spray with dusting wax, they each get a room assigned to them and they have to dust every piece of furniture. The idea is that the one that gets their rag the dirtiest and that the furniture is the cleanest, gets to pick out a TV. Show for that night, or a video to watch.

One Minute Cleanup; everyone gets a bag and has to pick up 5 things (number is optional) that are in the wrong place, throw them in the bag and put them in the right place. The winner gets to pick supper for the next night.

My Closet is Better; if there is anything that a child likes, it is out-doing someone else. Have them put the dirty clothes in the wash, hang up their clothes, put their shoes in the closet and have the closet look neater than anyone else’s.

Win a Prize; Put small little notes on things that are in the wrong place, if that item is returned to the right place, they win the prize on the note. (A candy bar, pack of gum, doesn’t have to wash dishes for a night, can stay up a hour longer etc.)

Now have your kids think of some games and prizes, I am sure that they will surprise you. They have very imaginative minds when they know there is a benefit. By the way mom, your house is clean and I bet you didn’t have to do much at all.

Advantages of Modular Homes for the Builder-Developer: Part 1

You are a builder-developer. You have a great piece of property to develop. The size is right, the location is perfect, and you have a great vision for how you want to develop this property. Yet one question lingers in your mind - how can you build out this property for the greatest profit?

Perhaps you should take a look at a growing segment of the housing industry - modular homes. Many builders just like you have discovered that this option is the best way for them to build out properties to the greatest advantage for both the builder and the home buyers. Modular home building is one of the fastest growing markets in the building industry, and for good reasons.

What many builders already know and what many more are learning is that there are great advantages in the modular home building market. Cost, efficiency, and quality are just the beginning.

Modular homes are built in climate-controlled factories where the builder is not a slave to the weather. Delays caused from undesirable weather conditions cost builders thousands of dollars each year. With a modular home, there are no delays to deal with. A home can be built from start to site-finished in less than 90 days. This saves both time and money, transferring more profits to the builder and greater savings to the home buyer. And, because of the climate-controlled environments, builders can make quality-built homes available to their customers year round.

Not only can a builder save on time when building a modular home, but he can also save on materials. Modular homes are built from the same quality materials as traditionally built homes, yet the builders can buy their materials in bulk, which means a great savings for the builder. This applies to all of the supplies for not only the exterior of the home, but also the interior features and appliances.

Saving on time and money are not the only advantages of modular home building. A builder also has the advantage of having all of his workers - from technicians to craftsmen - working under the same supervision. This brings a greater consistency to the quality of the work, as well as peace of mind for both the builder and the buyer.

We have discussed the cost-savings advantages for the builder-developer in this article. Please read Part 2 of this series for more advantages of modular home building.
